Eye Deux, Inc. is a salon owned by Latoya Turner. Latoya is a former hairstylist who has been intrigued by beauty all of her life. It all started in her grandmother’s kitchen, where she would watch her do the hair of client’s who couldn’t schedule their appointments during her grandmother’s normal salon hours.
Latoya followed in her grandmother’s footsteps as an adult, but soon found that she wanted to expand her services. Latoya, then honed her craft within eyelash extensions, which soon led her to hair removal and permanent cosmetic tattoos.
In 2018, after 10 years of servicing the community, Latoya realized there was an even greater need in the area. Education! A new love and passion was created, thus the Eye Deux Advance School of Beauty! (EDASB) The ONLY Permanent Cosmetic School licensed by DPOR in Hampton, Virginia.

Hello….. I would like to know how much are the extreme lashes? I’m tired of paying 25 every 2 wks sometimes its every wk. And my lashes are getting thin so I use lash remover to take them off. Your work is awesome and amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
