Mission Statement

To empower and help like-minded individuals discover a new set of skills and to train them to be certified in Permanent Cosmetics and other fields within the beauty industry.

Admissions

Students may register for classes via online or in person. Registration closes 1 (one) week before Start Date in order to ensure a Student Kit is provided. A Non-Refundable deposit is required at Registration. For more information about payment plans please contact the Admissions Department directly at (757) 742-3389.

Registration Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License/Military I.D./Passport
• High School Diploma/GED/College Transcripts (we cannot accept a College Diploma)
• Signed Student Application
• Signed Student Financial Agreement
• Signed General Terms Conduct Agreement
• Declaration on Declination of Hepatitis B Vaccine (required for ALL Permanent Cosmetic Classes)
• Applicable Fees (NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, tuition, late fees)

General Terms of Conduct

Eye Deux Advance School of Beauty, Staff and Students does not discriminate in its educational programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, age, religion or religious creed, disability or handicap, sex or gender (including pregnancy, sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct including acts of sexual violence such as rape, sexual assault, sexual exploitation and coercion), gender identity and/or expression (including a transgender identity), sexual orientation, military or veteran status,  genetic information,  or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.  Retaliation is also prohibited.

No use of the cell phones or tablets in classroom during theory, cell phones may only be brought onto the clinic floor for before and after photo purposes.

No smoking or use of vapes/e cigs in the classroom, clinic floor and at all doorways to the facility.

No food allowed in the classroom or clinic floor, must only be kept and consumed in the break room.

Please keep the use of oils, perfumes and colognes at a minimum or do not wear to class at all. Allergic reactions, asthma attacks are likely.

All materials and equipment provided by E.D.A.S.B. for training purposes shall NOT leave the premises. Students may only take their kits and personal notes home.

Payments Accepted

All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

For those interested in a financing option, we have a 3 month plan for the Permanent Cosmetic course. Additional fees apply for processing each payment.

ATTIRE

Employees and Students working in customer-facing areas must wear face coverings over their nose and mouth while working with Models.
